Memorial day
As my Nick heads off to Afghanistan, again, let us not forget those who have kept us free.
Oh, my – how anxious you must be. Prayers for him, especially, and best wishes to you. How long will he be there? My cousin’s son just left for Iraq via some time in Kuwait, and it’s worrisome for them, too.
It looks like the time is coming for my mom to head toward assisted living – it’s going to be quite a summer, sorting all that business out. I’ve put a request in to the weather gods to keep the Atlantic storms in the Atlantic, thank you very much. We’ll see how much pull I have
Good to see your post. Hope all is well!
Hi Linda,
Thanks for stopping by! It has been busy here and I keep putting off my trip to NE..wonder why.
Thank you so much for keeping Nick in your prayers. I do so appreciate that.
It’s rough for all concerned when you have to make decisions for your parents. Hope all goes well with that and I will send good thoughts your way. Boy, I am with you on the Atlantic storm situation. Also the month of June is tough as storms can just “POP” up in the Gulf of Mexico.
