I swear papers and anything else I need in a hurry just poof!! vanishes. I may have had it on my desk a moment ago and now, it is gone. The wind isn’t whipping through the window like most days but I check under the desk anyway. I know it will turn up eventually, but when? Also have another important item missing, the bill I put to gather to contest a double billing from the hospital. I can see it as plan as day but where it is hiding is beyond me. The reason I was looking for it was because I finally went to the hospital to see why it has been over 90 days and no final bill. Well, they acted as though they didn’t believe I hadn’t received one. What made me go was an item in the local scandal sheet, uh, newspaper, that said problems were brought up about private pay billing at the latest board meeting. So, it is no wonder they have such financial difficulties.
Had a very productive discussion with the fellow who does the farming this morning. I sure learned a lot about farming and financing.
I am getting more and more excited about the upcoming trip. Gas prices be damned, I’m gonna go!
